Can we edit tickets reported by "Adobe JIRA"?

a ticket I just commented <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-13036>
on was reported by the "Adobe JIRA" user. Are we able to change, for
instance, the 'Affects Versions' field to "Apache Flex 4.12.0"?
