All of the sudden, its working. The only thing I know I did was reboot my computer. Sure I was playing around trying to get it to work. So I have no clue if I did something or if rebooting fixed the issue. Now I have to figure it out so I can repeat whatever caused it to work for all the other places I am using this method.
