FlatSpark will be released in 4.14. To use 4.14 (under development) with the
installer, right click the installer and click "show dev builds"
You're right, FlatSpark isn't a full theme for the moment, all infos are
here

seems like it isn't a 'theme' so using it, for example in Flash Builder 4.7
isn't straight forward?
