What a Pain In The ***! I think I figured it out, but seriously, I don't understand why this happens. Apparently, when you build a project in Flash Builder, the program-app.xml file's <name> and <id> get modified to include the word "debug". Therefore, your provisioning profile no longer matches the <id> in your xml files, and therefore, will not install.
So, everytime that you decide to package your program using ADT, you have to be sure to edit the xml file in your debug folder before you run it.
