Button skins like this?

Hi All,

Do any of you know of any button skins that look anything close to this?:

I'm looking for something that supports texts labels (of course), icons
aren't important to me.

And the buttons would generally be rectangular, so the skins would need to
be vector-based, or use 9-slice scaling, so that they'll scale properly.
