I used the following style and lines showing now.
.DataGridListArea .middle {
background-color: white;
overflow: hidden;
border-left: solid 1px #CCCCCC;
border-right: solid 1px #CCCCCC;
}
But the list grid lines are out of sync with Header button separation.
Please check the attached screen shot.
