I'm surprised to hear so many people liking Flex under IntelliJ. I switched from Flashbuilder to IntelliJ many years ago because of JetBrain's advertised Flex support. It took a lot of work to switch only to find that IntelliJ's support for Flex has many errors. Being a paying customer I tried to get support. I was told they don't support that plugin. I stuck with it because Flashbuilder no longer worked on modern machines. Their support for Flex is very poor and full of errors. It helps 50% of the time and is a meaningless annoyance the other 50%.
