Would anyone find it useful to have a page in FreeIPdb
to let end-users fill out a form to request (and justify)
New IP assignments/allocations.

        -Create/Modify/Delete POCs/ORGs (for RIR database/RWHOIS)
        -Request/Return IP Allocations.
        -Set-up/Change Reverse DNS delegation.
        -Maybe even DNS changes.

The hurdles I see are how do we authenticate users?
I'm thinking let the webserver auth the users (i.e. apache auth).
FreeIPdb would need to trust the REMOTE_USER var.
(must be unique per user)
This makes integration with existing systems easier as
FreeIPdb could use the database from any existing system.
This should reduce admin overhead (don't have one more user-database
to maintain.)
A simple .htaccess and password file will work fine for users
with no database.

I think user Mgmt is needed to reduce POC and ORG duplication and
make the data entry process easier (return users you won't
have to supply info twice.)

Thoughts?
