I updated Math::BigInt to 1.56 version and now it works!
(I think now requirements must be updated to this version)

        If your version to FreeIPdb has test.pl run that.
        It should come back alomst instantly if everything is
        ok with Math::BIGInt otherwise update Math::BigInt
        and try again.
