Make sure the path to your perl libs is correct. Also i had some
problems with the scripts where any references to the variables in
config.pm were ignored. I had to hard code the user,db,password
variables (Pretty much everything on this line
my $conn =
DBI->connect("DBI:Pg:dbname=freeipdb;host=127.0.0.1;port=xxxx",
"username", "password",);
I've had to do things like this for two versions and i could never
figure out why.......
