Esin,
        First what address did you send the message to?
        I see you as a member of both [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        and [EMAIL PROTECTED] so you should be able to post.
        (I'll do some testing today)

        Now for the real question. I'm not sure why you would want
        to assign the same IP space to different customers, but
        if you did (e.g. RFC1918 10/8 etc) You can put the same 
        Space in different regions with no problem. 
        (However the DNS functionality and the up-coming Rwhois 
        functionality don't understand that scenario.)
