That's exactly the problem: We're looking for the string "Version 16", not
"versión 16" ;-) I'll have to think of something better than that. then. For
the time being, you can search for "Version 16" in gecode.m4, replace it with
"versión 16", run autoconf, and then configure again. Hopefully, that fixes
the issue for the time being.
