Hi list, is there a best practice for choosing a layer: I have different layer and for one of them I want to get attribute data. By now I 'choose' my layer with a GeoExt.data.FeatureStore and a OpenLayers.Protocol.WFS. I would think of either a window, panel,.. that appears if user have clicked on a button choosing the right layer with a combobox, .. or take the checked radiobutton at tree to make a getfeatureinfo request. Then the attribute data appear at a grid.
