Since GeoExt core does not provide any compound dialogs (these are provided by 
GeoExt user extensions), you can expect it to work with IE6 as long as Ext JS 
and OpenLayers do. User extensions (http://trac.geoext.org/wiki/ux) provide 
information about supported browsers on their description page.
