Hey Robert,

sorry for the bad link, a 's' got lost:

http://trac.geoext.org/wiki/builds

The dynamic version has caused problems in the past, so this might be the root of your error. AFAICT the problematic code is corrected in trunk of GeoeExt (see here [1] and [2])

Regards,
Marc

Hi Robert,

are you using a single-file build of GeoExt or one that dynamically loads the raw source scripts from the lib/-subfolder?

See: http://trac.geoext.org/wiki/build

This is just a wild guess, so please excuse the noise if this is not the cause of your problems,

Best regards,
Marc

Hi,

I am having a nightmare with Geoext components and firefox 5 and 6.

For some reason they are not loading into the onReady function when the app is loaded. Only after refreshing 3 or 4 times can the mapPanel or Grid etc be recognised as a component. This is happening everywhere and not just inside my organisation.

The libraries are loaded thus..
