Oh, I did not expect that you're still on GeoExt 1.x. Then forget the Ext.require and Ext.create stuff I wrote in my previous mail.
I fear that there is no GeocoderComboBox in GeoExt 1. So I think you have to implement it on your own. For example by extending a "normal" ExtJS ComboBox [1] like it is done in the newer GeoExt versions. I guess you can get the general idea how to do this from the GeoExt2 GeocoderComboBox code [2].
