Hi Andy, hi Craig :-) Thank you both for your kind and so-quick answers. :-) Other future readers of this thread please note that:
1) On Ubuntu 10.10, debi does not get installed by default. Right-clicking on a .deb file in Nautilus will prompt you to open it with the Ubuntu Software center. I found it simpler and quicker to use dpkg. 2) When you unpack the archive, you get a directory called "en-US". Change directory to the directory "DEBS" within that directory. Then run the command Andy recommended (but without the trailing "s" in his post): sudo dpkg -i *.deb Enter your root user's password. dpkg does all the installation work. Then change directory to the "desktop-integration" directory and again run the command: sudo dpkg -i *.deb After that, you're done.
