The following check-boxes are ticked (ON): Tools > Options > LibreOffice Writer > View > (Display) Graphics objects Tools > Options > LibreOffice Writer/Web > View > (Display) Graphics objects These options were in fact ticked by default, and the images do not display. Please note that I am accessing the internet through a proxy server. This is probably related to the following bug: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37604 muzzo, are you also accessing the internet through a proxy server?
