Hi :) I don't know if there is an official policy about this. The devs list probably have the best ideas but i wouldn't have noticed if they have drafted a policy or guidance about it. Ideally something would be done roughly and then sent to the Documentation Team to get tidied-up i guess but i haven't noticed anything there yet. I think both the devs and the documentation teams are very busy right now but when things slow down a bit they might get a chance to settle this sort of thing. Regards from Tom :)
