Hi :) This list is dealing with normal office workers from all around the world, even America, and quite a few people have had trouble accessing the emailed help. People unsubscribe because they don't want emails and the first thing we expect of them is to deal with is yet another email! We also expect them to be patient and that's not a quality i have often noticed in office workers, except me of course ;) lol
