It works fine for me on Mac OSX 10.6.8, but there is already a bug report about non-printing EPS images on Mac. I think it works on my system because I have some ports installed via Macports that provide EPS support which avoids the issue (possibly the latest version of Ghostscript), although I can't say which ones.
