Yes you are confusing nomeclature which is VERY specific.

Speed is measure in passage of data in a time period.  Thus it is 73Kb/s or 
73KB/s.

73Kb/s or 73KB/s are NOT the same.

73Kb/s = 73 kilobit per second.
73KB/s = 73 kilobyte per second.  Since there are 8 bits to a byte, 73KB/s is 
faster than 
73Kb/s.

Same nomenclaure problem with "The file-size is probably around 146Mb"

The file isn't in megabits it is measured in megabytes.  Thus it is 146MB in 
size.
{ In all actuality it is more like 188MB large }
