Yes, I can confirm the "bad news" (on WinXP); the same with LibO-dev 3.5.0 Build ID: 9933b2a-1e62dcb-2c8122e, 'master~2011-09-24_00.41.37_LibO-Dev_OOO350m1_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe'. After adding 'msvcr90.dll' to the '<LibO>/program/' directory, the above mentioned error message 'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error!...' has been displayed by executing 'soffice.exe'.
