i do not know about "official" support but polite support definitely. I think there are two problems, user who think they can bully a volunteer and trolls acting as if they were a volunteer. Most of the regulars recognize each others email addresses and respect the other regulars. I have notice most of the regulars are actually very knowledgeable, much better than most paid support - we are all users. The users asking a question should be given a polite and accurate answer(s) to their question. I hope I do this. Now trolls, I do not know how we can stop them totally. > -- > Marcello Romani > -- Jay Lozier jsloz...@gmail.com -- For unsubscribe instructions e-mail to: users+h...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
