I'm in favor of a skins option - or at least a way to easily customize. I could care less if people want to stick to a default skin if I can change what I want/need. If there's a way to easily customize and then export/import the customizations, large companies would be able to remove/add important features and easily (sort of) import that skin/customization to other computers.
