Nicely done :) I think the UserProfile guide goes into detail about copying back some of the old folders so that you can pin-point where the error was and get back some of your old settings but it might be easier to ignore that and just re-download newer Extensions that are more likely to be compatible and hunt through
Tools - Options - Appearance and the rest to get things back the way you prefer.
