Hi :) I don't know how to solve this. Is the main Operating System set to French for some reason? Is that what was reported in the bug-report? I take it you are using Windows Xp?
I guess you have already looked in Tools - Options and had a dig around the various sub-pgaes there? Have you tried renaming your UserProfile?
