Start a new letter in Writer, hit F4 for the data source window, in the left pane of the data source window, browse your database --> Tables --> your table Drag the grey column headers into your letter. This will add place holders for the name and address fields. Notice that you can edit the data in the data source window (F4) without opening the database. When you are going to print your letter you will be prompted to print a serial letter. The printing dialog for a serial letter lets you select all the table data or only selected row(s) of the table. You can also print all the letters into a new Writer document instead of a paper printer.
