Hi Verbus This mailing list does not allow attachments to messages. You will have to put your file somewhere in the web. You may also use Nabble gateway to mailing list, which is said to allow uploading of files: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/LibreOffice-f1639495.html
But please note that LO does not guarantee to display MS Word files anywhere near MS Word program. If you want your document to look the same on different computers, then you have to use PDF; you can encapsulate ODF file in PDF - this way everyone will see your document in read-only mode, but people with suitable software (LO, OOo or Apache OpenOffice) will be able to open it in edit mode. (As a side note - LO comes with no guaranty at all.
