Please read the attached file in both Excel and Libre Office. The (what I assume are) hard coded integers in the cells are coming out with grossly inflated values, almost 10 time as big as they are in Excel.
I am using a Ubuntu supplied version 3.5.4.2 BuildID:350m1(Build:2).
