I can tell you it is not going to happen right away as I have to go away but once I am back I'm sure that I can make a start on the pitch. infact thinking about it it should be a community idea so we should all contribute! :) / A white paper would be of help--but will need to see a lot more development addressing specifics of Zotero server hosting in a Zotero/LibreOffice project collaboration. How could it be made to function beyond the very capable plug-in that exists now.
