When I open docx files (originally written in WORD) in LO, I notice that choosing Insert > Headers or Insert > Footers gives me two choices "Default" and "Converted1". I haven't found an explanation of these, or how one is to chose between them. Can someone point me to a help page? Thanks - edo1
