Yes, there is.
When you add the hyperlink using the GUI (Insert > Hyperlink > Document
> Target > OtherSheet), where OtherSheet name is only a number, it adds
a hyperlink that doesn't take you to that sheet, it only adds a link to
'Number', which results in the hyperlink taking yo to that RowNum in the
current sheet.
This is *obviously* not what the user wanted, because they intentionally
chose the other sheet.
What it should do is add a hyperlink to SheetName.A1 (and let the user
decide whether or not to change the target cell or not). Apparently this
is what it used to do, hence, this is a regression.
