I don't believe so, but there is a free & open-source alternative to MS Outlook called Thunderbird. It is an e-mail client made by the same people who make the Firefox web browser and there is an addon available called Lightning which adds on calendar & task support, giving you a full email and cal / tasks support like you'd get in Outlook. I assume this is the sort of thing you want, if not, don't hesitate to reply-all.
