Hi :)
Ok, the trouble i am having now is trying to get text to stay inside a box that 
has it's corners curved off.  

They are a bit like an extreme version of the rounded smoothness of Xp windows 
compared to Win98's ones.  The curves take several lines so at the moment i 
press
Shift Enter
and then put a lot of spaces in at the beginning and end of the lines at the 
top and bottom of each page.  

Thanks to Brian's  answer (which was after this one by Dan) i have been able to 
link text-boxes together so that writing stays inside square borders but it's 
those curved corners that are a bit of a pain.
