I've noticed it too. I'm in South Africa, using Claws mail, so I don't think it's got anything to do with mail program or provider. I've also only noticed LO list messages being duplicated, and as described, from several days ago. I haven't noticed any pattern as to which messages are being duplicated, but not everything I've received has come twice (yet).
