Yes, I've used that page in the past, but it links to the same location and gives me the same gateway timeout. Luckliy, others post the required files so that I can access them. When I chatted with a rep from my ISP, he said they hadn't changed anything since I began having this issue (I think it was around the time v4 showed up, but I'm not sure).
Since I haven't changed O/S either (I'm using 64 bit Ubuntu 12.04), I can't think of what else to look at.
