LibreOffice really isn't the tool for this. Although you can convert to epub with some plugins, they really aren't very comprehensive and not worth the time, tbh. If you're looking to backup your DRM'd books, then I suggest Calibre with the DeDRM plugin. Calibre is an ebook reader and library manager that will convert books to a variety of formats.
