I am using an iMac 10.9.1. and LO 4.1.2. and whenever I enter Insert > Indexes and Tables> Indexes and Tables, LO crashes and I have to recover. I tried re-Boot, re-Download LO to no avail. Downloaded LO 4.2.1 and it works. Can someone confirm a bug in LO4.1.2
