Hi :) If you are using Windows then the best link for Japanese is http://www.libreoffice.org/download/?type=win-x86&version=4.1.5&lang=ja However that link depends on you having Japanese fonts on your machine. If you don't then the English version might be better.
For English it's http://www.libreoffice.org/download/?type=win-x86&version=4.1.5&lang=en-GB For Gnu&Linux such as Ubuntu then this might be better http://www.libreoffice.org/download/?type=deb-x86&lang=ja&version=4.1.5 These will ask for a donation again but just ignore that request. The download should start as soon as you get to the page that requests donations.
