I'm unable to properly print a #10 envelope using Apple Mavericks on a Canon iP2700 printer. Both Sender and Addressee are printed about 25 mm too low. This printer's paper feed automatically centres the envelope so no way to physically adjust it. All settings appear to be correct, with correct sizes and margin spacings indicated, but they print incorrectly. It is possible to adjust these text blocks lower, but not higher in LO. Still learning LO so any suggestions appreciated.
