Hi :) Ahh, cool, ok :) I noticed someone posted to point out an existing duplicate that he or someone else had already marked as duplicate by the time i clicked on the link. Good work there!
This bug-hunt might hopefully recruit a few more people when they realise how easy it is. Most of us probably assume that it's all a lot more complicated than it turns out to be. Having a short, time-limited drive makes a lot of sense. Perhaps a future one might focus on finding duplicates just as the last session had a different focus from this one. I will try to mention about searching for duplicates before posting in the future. I didn't realise it happened so often. Apols, thanks, good luck and regards from Tom :) On 30 April 2014 15:48, Cor Nouws <oo...@nouenoff.nl> wrote: > Hi Tom, > > Tom Davies wrote (27-04-14 04:11) > > > Sure, but that is covered by one of the first items in the wiki-guide > > https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport > > and is handled really well there. > > Thanks for pointing, and yes I do know that. > But looking at the number of duplicates and the hard work that the many > QA-volunteers do, it's a topic that can't be over-estimated, IMHO :) > > So every change to promote the mindset "check before submit" is one to > take .. ;) ? > > Kind regards, > Cor > > -- > Cor Nouws > GPD key ID: 0xB13480A6 - 591A 30A7 36A0 CE3C 3D28 A038 E49D 7365 B134 80A6 > - vrijwilliger http://nl.libreoffice.org > - volunteer http://www.libreoffice.org > - The Document Foundation Membership Committee Member > > -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
