Sorry you haven't had any responses earlier!

The error message appears to be a Windows one, from a quick google search
but i got responses for Macs too.  Can you empty the wastebin on your
machine, go into your emailing system and empty the wastebin there too?
Rebooting your machine is often a good way of fixing most problems.

Is your hard-drive pretty full?

If it's Windows and it's not just a full hard-drive then it's quite
complicated to fix and might need to be taken to a computer repair shop


It is generally best to let people know what platform, or even be more
specific and let them/us know which Operating System.  ie telling us you're
using Win7 is very informative but just telling us you are using Windows is
sometimes enough because the Windows version of LO is slightly different
from the version that runs on everything else.

You can usually find the version number of a program by going up to the
menu's and click on
Help - About
and that might give clues about which OS or just platform although it's not
always easy to work out.  Sometimes you can copy&paste the text from those
things, but not always.  keyboard short-cuts are;
Ctrl c  = copy
Ctrl v  = paste
