Hi :) Maybe increase the memory settings in LibreOffice? The defaults tend to be extremely low and on such a high-spec machine you can whack them right up.
Tools - Options - Memory It sounds a bit like rendering issues so maybe the drivers for the graphics-'card' are not quite right. I'm very much not sure about any of that though!
