Could be an issue with the mirror selected by algorithm for your location. Use the "Info" link for the download to choose a different hosting mirror, and of course check that the HASH value for the installer matches a HASH value for your download(s). Alternative is to use the Document Foundation provided archive, and download from there. The HASH values to check against are also available there from the "details" link for each.
