Is there a way to detect how many pages there are in a Calc file? I
just see columns, row, etc but not pages?
(As already suggested):
o File | Page Preview (or the Page Preview button in the Standard toolbar)
or
o View | Page Break Preview
Remember that the page structure depends on many settings - in
particular, the choices at Format | Page... | Sheet | Scale.
Once I can establish which columns and rows are on which pages how
can I set the page range to print just those pages with those columns and rows?
In the Print dialogue, on the General tab, specify the required pages
under Range and copies | From which print | Pages. Note that you can
enter page collections such as:
1,6-10,13 .
You can achieve the same thing in other ways, including printing only
selected sheets or selected cells, setting a print range or ranges,
hiding some rows or columns (perhaps temporarily), and so on.
I trust this helps.
