Hi -- I need your help.
We successfully downloaded LO 7.1.2.2 and am trying to use it to open an .ODS file received from UK Inland Revenue that is labelled 'gift_aid_schedule_libre_.ods' however while it opens up the LibreOffice 7.1 Document Recovery and pulls up the document file with the status 'not recovered yet' then says press Start and the Recovery then finishes and say press Finish however my system only reports 'LO has stopped working (?)' with the reasons below.
