Consider the following sheets that are within the same Calc file- Sheet 1 Sheet 2 Can Sheet 2 be appended or added to Sheet 1 while printing so that they both fit on 1 sheet of paper? That is- Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 are printed on only one side of 1 piece of paper?

There are various techniques for this - until one spots what you didn't mention but have hinted at in your message subject: that your two sheets have different column widths.

One solution is to copy the material from each sheet and paste it into a text (word processor) document. (You can paste it in various ways.) The material can be moved and resized within the text document.

I just tried pasting the two sheets into Writer and that works quite well. I'll stick with that method.

Also have used PDFTK and PDFJAM but they don't scale the sheets too well.

Thanks Brian

Or you could print the two spreadsheet sheets separately and run one piece of paper through the printer twice.

I trust this helps.
