Up until today Insert-Cross-reference worked well inserting to targets
within my document.
Now, I can't insert cross-references to Heading level 4- they don't even
appear in the cross-reference list.
I can insert Headings that have formatted to Heading level 2
I using LO version 25.8.3.2
Any idea how to fix this?
