Hi.
The courts in the U.S. may accept GIT commit logs if they came off a
secure server as a chain of custody, like GIT HUB. They aren't
necessarily as ready to take commit logs from what might be called an
unsecured compute, like someone's laptop.
The courts do seem to accept BLOCKCHAIN, and possibly IPFS for larger
files. Most document formats, DOCX, ODS, ODT, PDF, have metadata. But
that doesn't give an ownership or edit chain.
The macro system in Libre Office has an 'on close' event. Is it possible
to use that event with BLOCKCHAIN and/or IPFS to construct a legal chain
of custody?
